eMasterHUB does not generally require sensitive information to provide its standard online learning Services.

For example, when you create an account, purchase a course, complete an enrolment form, access the LMS, complete assessments, request support, or communicate with us.
From an organisation
We may receive information from your employer, a training coordinator, or another person authorised to arrange training on your behalf.
Automatically

From third-party service providers
We may receive information from providers involved in payment processing, hosting, email delivery, analytics, or security.
6. Moodle, LMS and learner records
eMasterHUB operates an online Learning Management System. When you use our LMS, information generated regarding your learning participation (enrolments, progress, assessment results, certificates) is used to maintain learner records, deliver assessments, and administer training accounts.
7. WordPress, WooCommerce and online purchases
Our website and online store use WordPress and WooCommerce. Information is exchanged between our website, payment gateways, and LMS to process orders, manage subscriptions, and grant course access.

Payments are processed via secure third-party payment providers. eMasterHUB does not store complete payment card numbers directly.
9. Organisational and bulk enrolments
Where training is funded or arranged by an employer or organisation, authorised representatives of that organization may receive progress updates, completion statuses, and certificate verifications.
