Eligible completed courses provide an eMasterHUB digital, non-accredited Certificate of Completion.
You can retain your certificates as records of completed online learning and include them in your professional development portfolio.
eMasterHUB is not a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). Our Certificates of Completion do not constitute nationally recognised qualifications, licences, professional registration or practical or clinical competency certification.

Yes. Courses are self-paced, so you can learn around your commitments within your course access or active subscription period.
7Do I receive a certificate?
Eligible courses include a downloadable digital Certificate of Completion once you meet their completion requirements.
8Are the courses nationally accredited?
No. eMasterHUB provides non-accredited workplace learning and professional development.
9Can I use my certificate when applying for a job?
You can include it as evidence of completed learning. Each employer decides whether the learning is relevant to its roles and requirements. It does not replace required qualifications or licences.
10Will completing a course make me competent to perform a practical or clinical task?
No. Online learning develops knowledge. Practical or clinical tasks may require additional training, supervision and a separate competency assessment.
11Can I cancel my membership?
Please review the cancellation and renewal terms provided before subscribing, or contact our team for assistance.
12What happens when my subscription ends?
Membership-based course access ends when your paid subscription period finishes. Download any certificates you need before then, and contact us if you need help with your learning records.
