Learning Management System

Monitor Workforce Learning in One Place

The eMasterHUB Learning Management System helps organisations manage staff learning and monitor course participation.

Authorised users can monitor:

  • Staff enrolments

  • Course progress

  • Course completion

  • Certificates of Completion

This can help managers maintain organised records of workforce learning and professional development.
Training records can form part of an organisation’s broader workforce and quality-management documentation.
They do not, by themselves, establish regulatory compliance or worker competency.

Certificates of Completion

Eligible completed courses provide staff with an eMasterHUB digital non-accredited Certificate of Completion.
Certificates may be retained by the learner or organisation as evidence of completed professional development or workplace learning.

eMasterHUB is not a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

Certificates of Completion do not constitute nationally recognised qualifications, licences, professional registration or clinical competency unless expressly stated otherwise.
Supporting Workforce Learning
eMasterHUB courses can support organisations across different stages of workforce development.
New Employees
Introduce workers to selected topics relevant to their role and service environment.
Existing Employees
Provide refresher learning and opportunities to strengthen workplace knowledge.
Team Leaders & Coordinators
Access learning across documentation, communication, participant support and NDIS processes.
Managers & Providers
Support organisation-wide learning and maintain visibility of course participation and completion.

Clinical & High-Intensity Support Education

Some eMasterHUB courses cover clinical and high-intensity support topics.
These courses provide online education and knowledge development.
Completion of an online course does not, by itself, establish clinical or participant-specific competency.
Where required, workers may also need participant-specific training, workplace procedures, supervision and competency assessment by an appropriately qualified person.
Employers remain responsible for determining the training and competency requirements applicable to their workforce.
