Our content is reviewed and refined as part of our ongoing content-development and quality processes.
AI-Assisted Content Development
eMasterHUB may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist with the development, organisation and refinement of some learning content.
AI-assisted content is subject to internal review and quality-control processes before publication.
AI tools support our content-development process but do not replace professional judgement, participant-specific requirements or appropriate workplace oversight.
For clinical and high-intensity support topics, online learning is intended to support education and knowledge development. It does not replace professional advice, participant-specific training, workplace procedures, supervision or competency assessment where these are required.

The eMasterHUB Learning Management System supports online course delivery and learning records.
Depending on the applicable learning arrangement, users may access information such as:

For organisations, these records can form part of broader workforce-learning and professional-development documentation.
Learning records do not, by themselves, establish regulatory compliance or worker competency.

Completion of an eMasterHUB online course does not, by itself, establish clinical, occupational or participant-specific competency.
Depending on the support being delivered, workers may also require:

Training by an appropriately qualified person
Workers and organisations remain responsible for ensuring the requirements applicable to the support being delivered are met.
Certificates of Completion
Eligible completed courses provide an eMasterHUB digital non-accredited Certificate of Completion.
Certificates may be retained as evidence of completed professional development or workplace learning.
eMasterHUB is not a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
Certificates of Completion do not constitute nationally recognised qualifications, licences, professional registration or clinical competency unless expressly stated otherwise.
