About Us
Helping people
At eMaster HUB, we believe that when you give people the right tools and knowledge, they can change lives – their own and the lives of those they care for.
We’re here for the people on the front line of Australia’s Disability (NDIS), Aged Care, Mental Health, and Community Services sectors. The people who show up every day to help others live safer, happier, more independent lives.
Our role? To make sure you have the skills, confidence, and support to do that work well – and feel proud of it.

Why We Exist
We’ve seen it too many times: dedicated workers doing their best but struggling because they haven’t been given enough training, clear guidance, or ongoing support. It’s stressful, it’s risky, and it’s not fair – on the worker or the people they’re supporting.
eMaster HUB started with one simple idea: training should be simple to access, practical to apply, and meaningful enough to make a real difference the next day on the job.
That’s been our focus from day one.
How It All Started
Our very first sessions weren’t big corporate events or complicated online platforms. They were small, face-to-face workshops in staff rooms and community halls. We brought real scenarios, plain English, and step-by-step ways to handle tricky situations.
We talked with people, not at them. We listened to what was hard about their work and shaped our training around solving those problems.
Word spread. Employers noticed that staff were more confident and audits ran more smoothly. Workers told us they finally felt “prepared” instead of “just winging it.”
It didn’t take long before organisations from all over Australia were asking if we could train their teams – and that’s when eMaster HUB moved online, into virtual classrooms, and onto workplace floors across the country.
Who We Help
If you work (or want to work) in care or community services, there’s a good chance we’ve designed something for you.
We work with
Support workers and carers
who need to build skills or meet mandatory training requirements.
Managers and team leaders
who need an easy way to keep staff up-to-date and audit-ready.
Providers and organisations
We will speak to all those involved and consider the facts. This is conducted in confidence and without bias.
Students and jobseekers
who want to stand out when applying for roles.
Family and informal carers
who just want to feel confident and safe supporting someone at home.
From small community teams to national providers with hundreds of staff, we make sure the learning fits your people and your realities.
What We Offer
We’ve built a library of more than 80 courses that cover everything from the essentials to the complex. They’re all developed with Australian standards in mind and regularly updated to match changes in legislation, compliance requirements, and sector best practice.
Some of our most popular areas include:
Disability & NDIS
person-centred active support, high-intensity personal care, behaviour support, restrictive practice awareness, documentation.
Aged Care
dementia care, dignity of risk, infection control, manual handling, mealtime management.
Mental Health
trauma-informed care, crisis response, mental health awareness, psychosocial support.
Community Services
working with Aboriginal and multicultural communities, incident reporting, advocacy, financial literacy.
How You Can Learn With Us
We know not everyone learns the same way. That’s why we offer different ways to train:
What Makes Us Different
If we had to sum it up, it’s this: we care about the people doing the caring.
- It’s practical – No filler, no fluff, just what you need to know and how to apply it.
- It’s flexible – Fit training around shifts, school runs, or whatever else life throws at you.
- It’s inclusive – We make sure our content is easy to understand and accessible to learners from all backgrounds.
- It’s audit-ready – For managers, our reporting tools make compliance tracking straightforward.
- It’s current – We keep content updated so you’re never learning outdated information.
For Employers
We make it easy to onboard new staff, upskill existing teams, and prepare for audits without adding to your workload. Our platform tracks progress, stores certificates, and gives you the reports you need for quality checks and compliance.
And yes, we also understand budgets – which is why we offer corporate rates, subscription packages, and flexible payment options for organisations big and small.
For Workers and Jobseekers
We want you to feel confident, capable, and valued in your role. Our training helps you:
- Meet mandatory requirements
- Learn new, practical skills
- Show evidence of professional development
- Progress towards leadership positions
Whether you’re brand new or have years of experience, there’s always something that can make your work easier, safer, or more rewarding.
Our Values
Everything we do is guided by a few simple principles:
- People First – Respect, empathy, and support for every learner.
- Practical Skills – Training that works in the real world, not just in theory.
- Accessibility – Everyone deserves the chance to learn, no matter where they live or their learning style.
- Continuous Improvement – We never stop updating, improving, and listening to feedback.
- Community Impact – Better training means better care for everyone.
Looking Ahead
The care sector is changing fast. New technologies, higher expectations, and updated regulations mean we can’t stand still – and we don’t plan to.
We’re constantly building new courses, exploring innovative learning methods, and partnering with organisations to make sure Australia’s care workforce is ready for whatever comes next.
