This course provides a foundational framework for understanding the architecture of an NDIS plan and the specific mechanics of Supported Independent Living (SIL). Aligned with current NDIA Operational Guidelines, this training equips participants with the skills to decode plan terminology and differentiate between the “housing” (the building) and the “supports” (the people). Participants will learn how a plan is activated within a residential setting to promote long-term stability and independence.
