These Terms and Conditions explain how you can use our website and services, and what your rights and responsibilities are when you use anything provided by Skill Building Hub (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Company”). By using this website or accessing any of our online services, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. About eMaster Hub
eMaster HUB is an Australian provider of online training, custom course development, e-learning solutions, and learning management system (LMS) platforms for individuals, organisations and businesses. We offer courses, ready-made content, white-label sites, technical builds, and partner content, with a focus on quality and compliance for Australian standards and sectors including disability, health, aged care, community services, and NDIS.
3. Eligibility to Use Our Website and Services
To use our website or enrol in any of our courses, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, a parent, guardian, or responsible adult must give permission.
- Provide true and accurate information when creating an account, enrolling in a course, or making a purchase.
- Agree to follow all rules, laws, and regulations that apply in Australia and in your own location (if outside Australia).
- If you are accessing our services as part of your employment, make sure you have approval from your employer.
Account Responsibility:
You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure. Do not share your login details with anyone else. If you think someone else knows your password or is using your account without permission, contact us straight away.
4. What You Can and Cannot Do
You agree to use our website and services for lawful purposes only. You must not:

If you break these rules, we can suspend or permanently close your account and take further legal action if necessary.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property on the eMaster HUB website and platforms—including text, graphics, videos, images, logos, icons, course materials, code, designs, software, and documentation—belongs to eMaster HUB or our licensors, unless we say otherwise.

You may view, download, and print content for your own learning or professional development. You cannot use our content for teaching others, making a profit, or building a competing product without written permission. -
No Unauthorised Use:
You must not change, translate, publish, display, transmit, adapt, or exploit our content in any way that is not allowed in these Terms or your contract with us. -
Custom Content:
If you supply content for us to develop a custom course or white-label product, you confirm you own that content or have permission to use it. Intellectual property arrangements for custom-built content will be clearly stated in your agreement with us.
6. Your Privacy
eMaster HUB takes your privacy and personal information seriously. We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles and the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements.
What We Collect:
When you use our website or enrol in courses, we may collect your:
- Name, address, contact details, and date of birth
- Unique Student Identifier (USI)
- Course enrolments, attendance, results, and progress
- Payment information (we do not store card details)
- Communications with us (emails, messages, feedback)
- Device and usage information (IP address, browser, visit times, pages viewed)
- Any documents or ID needed for regulatory compliance
How We Use It:
We use your information to:
- Process your enrolment and manage your account
- Deliver courses and services
- Meet legal and regulatory requirements (such as NDIS reporting)
- Communicate with you about your learning, updates, renewals, or compliance requirements
- Improve our services and website

Who We Share With:
Your information may be shared, only when necessary, with:
- Government departments and regulators (such as NDIS Commission)
- Your employer, Job Services Australia, funding or referral bodies (where your training is employer-funded or required for employment)

- Only as required by Australian law, or if there is a threat to someone’s health or safety
Your Rights:
You have the right to ask for access to your personal information, to request corrections, or to ask us to delete your data (unless we must keep it for legal or regulatory reasons).

7. Security and Data Protection
We take steps to keep your information safe. This includes secure servers, encrypted transmissions, regular security checks, and limiting access to personal data. However, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your password and login details safe.

Enrolment :
When you enrol in a course, you get access for the time stated on our website or in your agreement. This is usually between 3–12 months, depending on the course. Extensions can be requested for a fee.
Login Details:
You must keep your username and password private.
If you lose or forget your login, contact our support team.
Group Enrolments:
If your employer or organisation books courses for you, they may be able to access records about your attendance and progress.
Account Sharing:
You must not share your login details or allow others to access courses under your name. If we detect account sharing, we may cancel your access with no refund.
Technical Issues:
If you have trouble accessing content or the website, contact our support team. We will do our best to resolve any issues quickly.
10. Refunds, Transfers, and Cancellations
Consumer Law:
We follow the Australian Consumer Law for refunds and guarantees. You are entitled to a refund or course transfer if:
- The course is cancelled by us before it starts
- The service provided is significantly different from what was promised
- Major fault that cannot be fixed
If you break these rules, we can suspend or permanently close your account and take further legal action if necessary.
Change of Mind:
Refunds are not usually given if you change your mind after enrolling or if you fail to complete the course within the access period.
Extenuating Circumstances:
If you have serious reasons (such as illness, bereavement, or sudden hardship), contact us as soon as possible. We will review requests fairly and may offer an extension or credit at our discretion.
Group Bookings:
Cancellation and transfer policies for group or corporate bookings are outlined in your written agreement.
How to Request a Refund:
Email admin@emasterhub.com.au with your name, course, and reason for your request. We aim to respond within 7 business days.
11. Changes to Courses, Content, and Services
eMaster HUB may update, change, or withdraw courses, modules, or content to:
- Meet new compliance standards or legal changes
- Replace or improve course content
- Remove out-of-date materials
- Respond to low enrolment or demand
We will do our best to give you notice of major changes. If a course is withdrawn before you have completed it, we will offer a refund, transfer, or alternative course.
Content from Third Parties:
Some courses include content provided by expert partners or licensed providers. While we check the quality and suitability, eMaster HUB does not guarantee that all third-party content will always meet your specific needs or expectations.
12. Custom, White-Label, and Partner Services
Custom Development:
If you order a custom e-learning module, site, or branded solution, the following applies:
- You must supply all required information, content, and approvals in a timely manner.
- Intellectual property ownership of custom-developed modules will be detailed in your agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, eMaster HUB retains ownership of all code, platforms, and generic templates.
- You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of any content you provide.
- Once you approve the final product, further changes may incur additional fees.
- We are not liable for any delay caused by late client feedback or failure to provide required information.
White Labelling:
White-labelled sites or products include your branding and logos, as agreed in the contract. You cannot resell or transfer these products to others unless you have written permission.
Partner Content:
Where you provide content for joint delivery or co-branded courses, intellectual property, revenue sharing, and branding terms will be outlined in your agreement.
13. Platform and Technical Builds
- eMaster HUB develops and manages its own technical platforms, learning management systems, and digital services.
- Enhancements or changes to these platforms are made as needed to ensure quality, security, and compliance.
- If third-party software or integrations are used, we will tell you in advance and do our best to ensure smooth operation. However, we are not liable for issues caused by third-party services outside our control.
14. Resale and Distribution Rights
If you are granted reseller rights or distribution rights for eMaster HUB products:
- You must follow all branding, quality, and contract requirements.
- All sales to your customers must be under clear written agreements that protect eMaster HUB’s rights and reputation.
- You cannot make false claims or promises about our products.
- eMaster HUB can revoke resale or distribution rights at any time with 30 days’ notice, or immediately if you breach these terms.
- After termination, you must stop selling our products and return or destroy all confidential materials.
15. Marketing and Communications
- By enrolling in our courses, you agree that we may contact you with course updates, renewals, or important service notices.
- We may also send occasional marketing or promotional material, but you can opt out at any time.
- We will not sell your contact details to other companies.
16. Force Majeure – Unforeseen Events
Sometimes events happen that are beyond anyone’s control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, major internet outages, cyber-attacks, war, or government restrictions.
If eMaster HUB cannot deliver services due to a force majeure event, we are not liable for any delays or failures.
If disruption lasts more than 60 days, either party can end the agreement with written notice.
17. Limitation of Liability
We aim to provide quality training and services, but to the maximum extent allowed by law:
- We do not guarantee the website or courses will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
- We are not responsible for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or costs from using (or being unable to use) our website or courses.
- Our total liability is limited to resupplying the course/service, or refunding the fees you paid, unless Australian law says otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
18. Your Indemnity
You agree to cover (indemnify) eMaster HUB against any loss, claim, damage, cost, or expense (including legal fees) that we may suffer as a result of:
- Your breach of these Terms and Conditions
- Your unauthorised use of our materials or website
- Any claim that your use of our services infringes someone else’s rights or breaks the law
This applies whether the issue is caused by you directly or by anyone using your account.
19. Dispute Resolution
If there is a disagreement or dispute about these Terms or our services:
- 1. Both parties will try to resolve the matter by direct negotiation.
- 2. If the dispute is not resolved within 14 days, either party can request mediation with an independent mediator in Brisbane, QLD.
- 3. If mediation fails, the dispute will be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the ACICA Arbitration Rules, in Brisbane, using English language. Each party pays their own costs unless otherwise decided by the arbitrator.
- 4. Court action is only allowed after these steps, except in urgent cases (like injunctions).
20. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Any legal action or dispute must be brought in the courts of Queensland.
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest will still apply.
21. Changes to These Terms and Conditions
eMaster HUB may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in the law, our services, or best practices.
- Updated terms will be posted on our website.
- We will notify you of major changes by email or on the website.
- If you keep using our site or services after changes are made, it means you accept the updated terms.
22. Notices
Any notices or legal communications must be sent in writing to our contact details on this page.
You can send notices by email. A notice is considered received 5 hours after it is sent, unless you get an automated “not delivered” message.
23. Severability
If any section of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, that part will be removed, but the rest of the Terms will remain in effect.
24. No Partnership or Employment
These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and eMaster HUB.
You cannot represent yourself as our agent or speak on our behalf without our written permission.
25. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions are the entire agreement between you and eMaster HUB, except where you have a separate signed contract for specific services.
Any previous agreements or understandings are replaced by this document.
26. Service-Specific Schedules
Some services have extra terms, which will be provided to you when you sign up or contract for that service. This may include:
- Ready-Made Content: Use is limited to the agreed period. Do not copy or resell.
- Custom/White-Label : Ownership, usage, and change fees will be clearly stated.
- Content Partner/Resale : Revenue sharing, branding, and content rights will be set out in writing.
27. Data Retention and Deletion
- We keep your personal data only as long as necessary to meet our business, legal, or regulatory requirements.
- You can ask us to delete your information if you are no longer a user, except where we are legally required to keep records (e.g., for government audits or compliance).
28. Student Rights and Conduct
As a student, you have the right to:
- Receive clear and accurate course information
- Access support and guidance during your studies
- Ask for reasonable adjustments for disability, learning needs, or language support
- Provide feedback and make complaints through our student support process
You are expected to:
- Respect staff, other students, and property
- Follow course and assessment instructions
- Not plagiarise, cheat, or act dishonestly
- Notify us promptly of changes to your contact details or circumstances
29. Privacy Policy Acknowledgement
By using our website or enrolling in our courses, you acknowledge you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to our collection, use, and storage of your personal data as outlined.
